What we collect
Parent contact details; the child's name, date of birth, school year and English level; attendance, homework and progress records; payment records and invoices; documents you choose to upload; and technical logs needed for security.

Privacy notice
This service holds information about children. We treat it accordingly: we collect the minimum, we keep it inside the system, and we never sell it.
Why we collect it
To place your child at the right level, run and schedule lessons, report progress, issue invoices and receipts, and send lesson reminders. Marketing messages are only sent if you opted in, and you can withdraw at any time.
Who can see it
The teaching and administrative staff of Playful English, and no one else. Payment processing and message delivery are handled by contracted providers who receive only what is necessary to complete the task. We do not use advertising networks or sell data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your child studies with us, and afterwards only where the law requires it — financial records for the statutory retention period. Everything else is deleted on request.
How it is protected
Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access, audit logging of sensitive actions, and private file storage with short-lived signed download links.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your family's data, and to withdraw consent for marketing messages. Write to hello@playfulenglish.com and we will answer within a reasonable time.
Children
Accounts belong to parents or legal guardians. Children never register themselves and never receive marketing messages.
