Programs

Two programs, each with its own pace, materials and goals. Children move between levels when they are ready, not when the calendar says so.

Age groups

Kindergarten–1st grade · Ages 5–7 · First words and first confidence

Little Explorers

Play-led English: songs, movement, picture books and short games. Reading and writing are introduced gently, in Latin letters, once listening and speaking are steady.

  • 45-minute lessons
  • Phonics and letter sounds
  • Everyday vocabulary: family, food, colours, animals
  • No homework beyond a five-minute game

2nd–3rd grade · Ages 7–9 · Reading fluency and full sentences

Young Readers

Children move from single words to sentences and short stories. School English is supported directly, so class tests stop being a battle at home.

  • 60-minute lessons
  • Reading aloud every week
  • Present and past tenses in real conversation
  • Short weekly homework, 10–15 minutes

Lesson formats

Small group

Up to six children of a similar level and age. The best value, and the format where speaking grows fastest — children learn as much from each other as from the teacher.

  • Weekly fixed time
  • Same classmates each week
  • Peer speaking practice

Private lessons

One child, one teacher, one plan. Best for a specific goal, a fast catch-up, or a child who needs quiet to find their voice.

  • Flexible scheduling
  • Fully tailored plan
  • Fastest progress per hour

Online

The same lessons, same teacher, from home. Useful in winter, after a move, or when a family lives outside the area.

  • No travel time
  • Shared digital whiteboard
  • Recording of key material

Levels are ours, but they map to CEFR so a report means something outside our classroom. Every child is placed by assessment and re-checked each term.
